The Dam Game

The following photos are from Mr. King

The scouts who were done with their advancement projects for the day didn't stay at base camp.  They heard something.  The river was calling their names.  They headed to the banks to see what the river wanted.

The river wanted to have some more fun with them.

They engaged in a game of "Stop-me-if-you-can."

This is how it's played:  Attempting to stay as dry as possible, the scouts use every resource at their disposal to stop the river from flowing.  If the scouts can stop the river from flowing, without getting wet, the scouts win.  If the river soaks the scouts and keeps flowing, the river wins.

They returned to camp completely drenched, for the second time in one day.
