The congregation arrives.

After Mr. King opened with warm welcomes & introductions,

Mr. Maude and Mr. Byam begin the ceremony.

At 3:30 PM, Mrs. T. pinned the Eagle Pin to Alex's Scout Uniform.

Mr. Byam shows Alex that he now has his name permanently etched onto the permanent troop archives.

He also reads portions of letters mailed to him from celebrities and elected officials from the local area all the way to Washington DC.  Alex then gives our scoutmaster a plaque.  The troop poses for a photo before joining the guests at the reception.

Shown below, Alex poses with former Troop 374 Scoutmaster, Mr. Rick L., Chanonee District Jacqui P, our Chanonee District Executive, as well as Hank, a Chanonee District official.
