An Afternoon in Troop 374

Mostly drenched (not due to rain), we headed back to base camp for lunch.

Our scouts came prepared.  They had extra dry clothes & shoes for the afternoon

During lunch, Mr. Brunton handed each scout a potato.  He asked each of us to get to know the potato and introduce it/him/her to us later during the evening campfire.

After lunch, some scouts played football - others worked with Mr. D. to make progress on rank advancements.  Some headed toward the riverbanks to spend some more quality time next to the water.
